TPD Officer Saves Woman from Burning House - A Tulsa police officer is being praised after rescuing a woman from a house fire. The officer discovered the fire just before 5 a.m. Saturday near 11th and Lewis. Fire crews say Officer Daniel Cartwright pulled the woman from the house
