Tickets Turned to Treasures

Instead of writing tickets, Officer Cody Riley pulled over three drivers to deliver holiday cheer—a $50 grocery card, non-perishable food, and toys for the kids. Luke Dillon received a gas card and shared his gratitude for officers who “put their life on the line every day.” Gloria Elizalde and her son were surprised with a Walmart gift card and toy, a gesture she called “a blessing” during the season.
