We are honored to recognize our founder and director emeritus, Roger Chasteen, with the Shield of Service Award. Ten years ago, Roger founded the Tulsa Police Foundation to create a bridge between the community and officers, helping fund vital life-saving equipment and initiatives that support officer safety and community well-being. Over the past decade, his vision and steadfast commitment has grown into a powerful force for good, fueling projects that strengthen our department and city alike.
